Bao Buns & our Pan-Asian take on Korean Kim Chi BBQ sauce

This dish is inspired by our local restaurant Kapow. It’s owner, Rodney Mayo, has been doing amazing things for the Palm Beach Community.

With a makeshift steamer we recreated a Korean BBQ meal that reminds us of their menu.

We were able to share with 30 families, 12 of which are from Broward Health North Hospital.

  • Korean Kim Chi BBQ Duck Bao Buns

  • Korean Kim Chi BBQ Skirt Steak Bao Buns

  • With Asian Slaw

  • Steamed Edamame

  • & Deep Fried Pork Potstickers

Heat Meats in the Microwave or pan.

Heat Bao Buns in the Microwave for 20 seconds.

Fill with the Duck or Steak and top with the Slaw.

Edamame can be warm or at room temperature.
